I’d like to share a bit... My belongings have finally arrived in the UK. I’d been worried for such a long time, and I can finally breathe a sigh of relief now. Earlier on, I relied on experience sharing from group members and checked out information on lots of different moving companies, and in the end I decided to go with this one – [Hong Kong Relocation Centre 香港移民快運中心]. I really want to praise this company: their movers were incredibly fast at collecting boxes and packing, and they wrapped the large furniture extremely well. What surprised me most was that when they were collecting the boxes, they counted everything three times, instead of just casually making up a number to be done with it. Before, I was really worried that my books would all get damp or that some boxes would go missing, but in the end all 50‑odd boxes plus the large pieces of furniture arrived in the UK in perfect condition!! When everything arrived, not a single cardboard box was damaged. The delivery guys on the UK side were also very friendly and polite (they were all from Hong Kong). I’d also like to mention that the customer service was very attentive. I was so anxious that I kept bothering them, but every time they replied very quickly and with great patience. As for the price, I personally feel it wasn’t expensive and was reasonable. Overall, the value for money is really high and they’re well worth recommending!! When I was looking up information on moving companies myself, it took me a lot of time, so I hope this little sharing can help friends who are preparing to move over here. None of the items were damaged, everything was received in full, and it took around 50 days to reach the UK.

After understanding my situation, she explained the shipping process in detail and arranged for a professional surveyor to visit my home to assess the number of items I needed to ship. This staff member (Mr. Lee) was friendly and understanding, knowing that my home was not very spacious and that I had children, making it difficult to manage too many cartons at once. Therefore, he arranged two separate periods for delivering cartons, making it easier for me to pack my belongings. After confirming cooperation with HKRC, the company arranged for staff to deliver cartons and packing materials so that I could pack loose items.** Packing and collection process: At the end of May and early June, teams were sent to my home to help pack large items. One staff member (Filex) was responsible for recording the carton quantities and item descriptions, while others handled packing. The division of work was clear, and the team worked very well together. Every staff member was polite. For glass items (about 4 feet in size), after packing, they were taken back to the warehouse to be crated in wooden boxes for protection. The packing was very careful, secure, and safe. Arrival in the UK: By mid-June, the shipment was already loaded onto the vessel, and my belongings began their sea journey. In early September, I received a delivery notice from the UK transport company, and by mid-September, the items had arrived at my home. All belongings arrived safely with no damage. Occasionally, one or two cartons were dented, but none were broken. Worth praising is that the cartons used a double-wall design, making them very sturdy and practical.
