- All imported goods must be declared to customs and accompanied by a detailed inventory list.
- Personal-use household items are generally eligible for duty-free importation, subject to local customs regulations.
- Certain items such as food, plants, medications and restricted goods may require special permits.
- Keep purchase receipts and proof of value for all items to facilitate customs clearance.

• Flammable and explosive materials: Such as fireworks, paint, and other dangerous substances • Weapons and ammunition: Including real guns, replica firearms, knives, and other offensive weapons
Other Prohibited Items
• All food and beverages • Live animals: Unless you have special permits • Plants, seeds, and flowers: Plants with soil attached or live seed(s) • Certain electronic devices: Such as unapproved/unverified radio equipment, etc. • Counterfeit and infringing goods: Counterfeit trademarks, pirated DVDs, apparel, cosmetics, and other infringing products • Pornographic materials and illegal publications: Especially materials related to child pornography. • Drugs and narcotics: Including illegal drugs such as cannabis, heroin, cocaine, and hallucinogens, as well as certain unauthorized medications. • Endangered wild animals/plants and their products: Such as ivory products, coral, and goods sourced from endangered wild animals and plants (in accordance with the CITES Convention).

• Imported medicines must have a doctor’s prescription, and are limited to reasonable personal use only.
